- Excavate subgrade to new elevations and compact to proper density + moisture
- Water injection and lime cap
- Concrete perimeter curb, liner, drainage system, and drain stone layer
- Installation of synthetic turf system with soccer and lacrosse lines
- Installation of new 9-lane sandwich system running track with colored exchange zones
- Pole vault, shot put, and steeplechase
