- Demo of existing parking lots and lights
- Excavate subgrade to new elevations and compact to proper density & moisture
- Installation of concrete perimeter curb, drainage system, liner, and drain stone layer
- Installation of synthetic turf system
- New parking lot, lighting, netting systems, bleachers, band tower, padding, and landscaping
- Concrete retaining wall built around field
