“Without a doubt our new Paragon facility and field is helping our entire program improve. We now have a unique opportunity to get better each day unless it is raining or lightning at the time of practice. Already just 4 weeks into school we have gotten 5 more instructional and developmental days on the field working out that we would not have gotten in at our old facility. Plus, it has added some additional coaching years to my career!”
