Excavate subgrade to new elevations and compact to proper density & moisture
Concrete perimeter curb, drainage system, liner, and drain stone layer
Installation of synthetic turf system
Bleachers with shade structures & pressbox
Backstop wall with netting & padding
R-panel outfield fence & black vinyl chain link fencing down foul lines
Covered batting cages with interior lighting
Masonry dugouts with storage unit on home side
Electrical system
Concrete & flatwork around fields
Exterior sod & irrigation system
