Fieldturf Choose Paragon Sports for High Profile UTSA Project

When Fieldturf needed a contractor for three intramural soccer fields at UTSA they chose Paragon Sports Constructors.

Under contract to Fieldturf, Paragon Sports field crews began moving dirt on the nearly 8 acre site last week. The three intramural fields will be surfaced with Fieldturf’s new Revolution synthetic turf product and are slated for completion in late August.

“This is a big job and we are proud to have been selected by Fieldturf to build these fields for UTSA,” commented Rex Shelley, Project Manager for Paragon Sports Constructors. “Their selection of PSC for such a high profile customer shows confidence in our company,” added William Chaffe, President of Paragon Sports Constructors.

“The San Antonio area has been a good market for Paragon Sports Constructors, with the Bobcat Stadium track for Texas State, and Wheatley Heights Sports Complex – we’re excited to add another high-profile project to our list and look forward to seeing the finished product later this summer,” said Bret Allen, VP of Sales and Marketing for Paragon Sports Constructors.
The UTSA soccer fields are the second project Paragon Sports and Fieldturf have contracted together this year, the first being the construction of a new turf football field in New Orleans, Louisiana slated for completion in late July.
