ABOUT REX
Rex Shelly is a seasoned veteran in the light-civil and sports construction industries and has over 30 years of field and management experience with site work and civil construction companies in Texas. Rex manages the estimating department at Paragon Sports Constructors and provides the experience to effectively break down work scope and accurately estimate and thoroughly determine construction costs. Rex also provides project management services; overseeing the buy-out and scheduling of projects and negotiating contract pricing on successful bids.
