ABOUT DONALD

With over twenty years’ experience in the construction industry, Donald Davis oversees all aspects of the installation of synthetic playing surfaces and 400M running tracks and manages and maintains all equipment owned by Paragon Sports Constructors.  His ability to multi-task and stay on schedule make him an asset for multi-site projects and maintaining maintenance and warranty work throughout the year.

Donald has been with PSC since its inception, starting as a Superintendent but also responsible for rentals and the small amount of equipment the company owned at the time. Since then, Donald’s role has grown to include the oversight of the installation of all turf and track surfaces, procurement, and direction of rental equipment as well as a significant amount of company owned equipment and fleet vehicles.  As we have grown and with the help of some talented foremen, Donald has developed new turf and track crews without sacrificing quality.  Donald now manages two track installation crews and four turf installation crews, and with oversight of our equipment and fleet, is directly or indirectly responsible for a significant number of field crew. Through his leadership and expertise, Donald has led over 200 synthetic turf field installations throughout his tenure at Paragon Sports Constructors.

WHAT SPORTS WERE YOU INVOLVED WITH GROWING UP? I played baseball and was a pole vaulter.

WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT YOUR JOB? Working with all our employees in the office and field to deliver the best sports fields and running tracks in the industry.

ANY OTHER DETAILS, PERSONAL OR PROFESSIONAL, YOU WOULD LIKE TO SHARE ABOUT YOURSELF? In my spare time I love to make beef jerky. I’ve been perfecting it since I was 18 years old. Most people will tell you it’s the best!
