ABOUT BOBBY
Bobby is a professional in the light-civil, commercial, industrial, and steel fabrication industries with nearly two decades of construction experience. He transitioned into the sports construction world in 2014 when he joined PSC and he set out to be a student of the industry from day one, quickly becoming an expert in sport field, track, and tennis court construction. His hard work resulted in his promotion to Vice President of Operations in 2021. Bobby has established a strong record of leading large, complicated projects across Texas and is charged with leading our project management core and all field personnel to ensure a consistent, quality finish for all projects. His positive attitude, excellent communication, and organization skills make him an asset for PSC and our clients.
WHAT SPORTS WERE YOU INVOLVED WITH GROWING UP? Played football, baseball and basketball when I was younger and went football only as a freshman in High School. I went to Ole Miss and walked on then earned a Football Scholarship. I was a 4-year starter at long snapper after a redshirt year from ’95-2000.
WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT YOUR JOB? I just love what we do. The two things I have done my whole life are build things and play sports, and now I build sports facilities. Without sports, I would not be who I am or where I am today, and it is very rewarding knowing that there are kids on the fields that we build that will make it through life and be successful largely because of sports.
WHAT DRIVES YOU EACH DAY? I have a wife and 3 kids that inspire me to try to be better every day. I want to be a better person, better husband, better father, and better Christian in hopes of influencing them to be better than me! I have been blessed with an opportunity to lead people and I hope to inspire those around me to be the best they can be.
