NEW HIRES JOIN PARAGON FROM COLLEGE ATHLETICS, PARKS & RECREATION, AND SPORTS SURFACING BACKGROUNDS
FORT WORTH, TX – Sep. 8, 2026 – Paragon Sports Constructors is excited to announce the additions of Kim Bybee, Kris Harris, Bryan Cox, Aaron Kirby, and Robert Wilcox to our business development team.
“We have experienced significant growth since 2020 and are excited about the potential our company has in the market. Expanding our business development team to better serve our customers is a natural evolution of that growth and we are thrilled to welcome Kim, Kris, Bryan, Aaron, and Robert to Paragon,” said William Chaffe, president of Paragon Sports Constructors.
The business development team expansion adds decades of cumulative experience to Paragon’s existing roster of construction professionals, former coaches, and athletic administrators.
Kim Bybee is a former recreation director for the city of Carrollton. She joins Paragon with over 22 years of experience in athletic programming, park operations, and capital project management. Kim will lead Parks & Recreation pursuits.
Kris Harris is a former Deputy Athletic Director for SMU and recently served as a Pitch Training Sites Manager for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Kris will oversee NCAA pursuits & help grow the natural grass division of Paragon Sports Constructors.
Bryan Cox is a sports surfacing industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in the Texas market. He is joining Paragon as a Vice President of Sales.
Aaron Kirby is the son of a Texas high school coach who had coaching stops at both the college and high school levels before joining the sports surfacing industry.
Robert Wilcox was a coach and athletic administrator for 20 years before joining the sports surfacing industry five years ago and will be a brand ambassador for Paragon throughout East Texas & the Gulf Region.
“Each of these people are experts in their respective area who will supplement our already strong business development team, but they are also great cultural fits for Paragon. The experience and first-hand perspective this group brings to our team will help us better serve our market,” stated Chaffe.
