ABOUT TRISTEN
Tristen joined Paragon in 2026 as a Civil Superintendent, bringing construction industry knowledge from working for general contractors. With experience managing large-scale construction projects across south Texas, Tristen’s adaptability, strong communication, and problem-solving skills make him an excellent addition to the Paragon team. Tristen attended Tarleton State University, where he graduated with a degree in Construction Science and Management.

WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT YOUR JOB? Observing the complete transformation of a project from its initial concept through to the final, finished deliverable, as well as watching children and community members engage with and enjoy the fields and amenities I’ve developed, witnessing the enthusiasm the finished project generates within the surrounding community.
