ABOUT KIM
Kim joined PSC in 2026 as the sales representative for Paragon’s parks & recreation clients. With over 22 years of experience in parks and recreation, Kim brings a strong background in athletic programming, park operations, and capital project management. She is passionate about building relationships with municipalities to create high-quality spaces and experiences for communities. Kim graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelors degree in Kinesiology, specializing in Sport Management, and played for the women’s club soccer team all 4 years. She later earned her masters degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies from the University of North Texas.
WHO WAS YOUR FAVORITE ATHLETE GROWING UP? Just about every member of the 1999 U.S. Women’s National Team. That team was iconic in changing how female athletes were viewed across the world.
WHAT DRIVES YOU EACH DAY? My two boys inspire me to work hard, stay grounded, and approach challenges with resilience and purpose. Watching them play competitive soccer has shown me firsthand how much the quality of a field matters, and it helped motivate me to join Paragon Sports Constructors to help other cities create spaces where athletes can play safely and confidently.
