WHAT SPORTS OR ACTIVITIES WERE YOU INVOLVED WITH GROWING UP? Without dating myself too much, Title IX was passed too late for my participation in school sports, so I was a band member. I played saxophone for 6 years, was selected for the All-State Band, earned a college scholarship, and graced Homecoming Court as Band Sweetheart.

FAVORITE SPORTS MEMORY? It is hard to think of just one favorite sports memory because my children were all athletes, and I cannot come close to numbering the games, tournaments, touchdowns, goals, spikes, saves, hurry-ups, tackles, headers, etc. that I have witnessed (and tried to capture on film). It was fun to follow them on their journey to becoming college athletes.

WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT YOUR JOB? One of the things I really enjoy about my job is exploring the “whats” that we do to see if the “hows” we are using are the most beneficial and efficient methods. I really enjoy making sure everyone has what they need to do their job, and to do it the most efficient way possible. I have worked in the construction industry for many years, and have been blessed to have worked with some extraordinary people, who taught me a lot about the industry and myself along the way. Each place I have worked has prepared me for the next opportunity, and I want to pass that on to our team members. The people at Paragon are an important part of my day, and I enjoy working with everyone, and witnessing their growth and development.
