ABOUT BRUCE
Bruce joined the Paragon team in 2025, bringing with him two decades of construction site management, design, and customer interface skills. He is an accomplished design engineer with experience in both sales and construction. His previous experience has contributed to his proficiency in AUTOCAD and knowledge in numerous types of concrete formwork. He is well informed on all aspects of project management, and is able to provide hands-on input from the estimating phase to project completion.
WHO WAS YOUR FAVORITE ATHLETE GROWING UP? No. 89 Otis Taylor of the World Champion Kansas City Chiefs. I always admired his speed and the excitement when he would “Go Long” on a quarterback Lenny Dawson pass play.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE SPORTS MEMORY? Watching the Kansas City Chiefs win their first Superbowl and my dad taking my brother and me to watch the NFL Films championship season highlight film. 2nd place tie: KC Royals winning the world series with George Bret, Hal McCrae and company on the roster. Watching the Stanley Cup Championship Series home games live in Reunion Arena the year we won the Stanley Cup.
WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT YOUR JOB? The relationships built while accomplishing goals together that you can be proud of and the teamwork involved when everyone pulls their weight and helps each other get across the finish line.
