ABOUT KRIS
Kris joined the growing Paragon team in 2026 to oversee NCAA pursuits & help grow the natural grass division. Throughout his career, Kris has combined technical expertise in turfgrass management with strategic leadership in facility operations, capital project management, and event execution, building a reputation for excellence across professional, collegiate, and international sports environments. Kris’ collegiate experience includes Georgia Tech and Southern Methodist University, where his roles consisted of turfgrass and athletic field management, daily facility operations, event management, and oversight of athletic facility construction and renovation projects. In his recent role with the FIFA World Cup, Kris worked with turf managers across Texas to ensure training facilities met the highest international standards for playing surface quality.
