Paragon Sports Constructors is proud to announce that they were recommended for the installation of synthetic turf at North Forney High School at the Forney Independent School District Board of Education meeting last night.
Construction of the new field is scheduled to start immediately. Paragon Sports will install a new Desso D-Vision synthetic turf system for the practice field at North Forney High School. Eli Melton, Athletic Director for Forney ISD, made the recommendation to the district after seeking proposals from several contractors and looking at several competitors fields.
“Coach Melton has had the opportunity to play on a variety of synthetic turf fields and has the confidence in Paragon Sports to construct a quality field in the short time allowed for this project,” Bret Allen, VP Sales & Marketing, Paragon Sports Constructors. “This will be the second synthetic turf system the district has installed. This time they decided to install a product that is proven not only at the high school level but also on a collegiate, professional and international level,” stated Mr. Allen, “no other construction company in Texas can say that their product is used at each of those levels of play – and that says a lot about the Desso product.”
Desso D-Vision is a product of Desso Sports Systems. Paragon Sports has installed Desso’s products at Frisco Memorial Stadium, Crenshaw Stadium for Sheldon ISD, Hardin High School, and Brewer High School. They are currently working on Desso installations at Farrington Field, Clark Stadium, and Scarborough-Handley Field for Fort Worth ISD. The D-Vision system will also be installed at Houston ISD’s Butler and Barnett Stadiums later this summer.
