Justin Csader

Justin joined PSC in the fall of 2022 with over twenty years of experience in the heavy equipment industry, ranging from areas of sales, service management, and field mechanics. Coming from a family of mechanics and growing up around general contracting, Justin has a long history with the industry. Justin’s current responsibilities include maintaining company owned equipment, scheduling rental equipment, and setting up equipment transportation. He oversees the yard, warehouse, and tool inventory, as well as manages all company trailers. Justin’s extensive knowledge of the industry paired with his drive and work ethic makes him an excellent addition to the Paragon team.

WHAT SPORTS/ACTIVITIES WERE YOU INVOLVED WITH GROWING UP? I grew up going to the Imperial Sand dunes in California where we camped in motorhomes and toy haulers. Over the last 41 years of going there, we have had may things to ride from three-wheelers to long travel sand cars. I also grew up around all forms of racing and building classic cars. I also performed in rodeos in my younger years. We would go camping in the motorhomes on the lake and take the boat out to water ski, and other activities in or behind the boat.

WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT YOUR JOB? Being a problem solver. Helping the crews with their equipment needs, keeping the equipment running, and watching over the repair and rental costs. I’m honored to be a small part of a great team.

ANY OTHER DETAILS YOU WOULD LIKE TO SHARE ABOUT YOURSELF? I’ve been married to my wife for 13 years and we have 3 children. My hobbies are home improvements, building classic cars, dirt track racing, rodeo, and my children’s sports.
